1. About Stellara

Stellara provides personalised digital reports based on Western astrology, numerology, and Chinese astrology. Reports are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide at checkout. Stellara is operated as an independent business. Contact: [email protected]

2. Nature of the service, entertainment disclaimer

Stellara reports are intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrology and numerology are interpretive systems; they do not constitute scientific fact, professional advice, or predictions of future events.

Your Stellara report should not be used as the basis for any medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional decision. If you are facing a serious personal situation, please consult a qualified professional.

We make no guarantees that any interpretation in your report will reflect past events, predict future events, or apply to your life in any specific way.

3. Ordering and payment

All orders are processed via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We never see or store your payment card details.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay, with no hidden fees.

4. Delivery

After completing payment, you will be directed to a short form where you provide your birth details (name, date, time, and place of birth). Your report will be delivered to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your completed form.

If you have not received your report within 48 hours, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at [email protected].

5. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If your report does not feel meaningfully personalised or relevant to you, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.

Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual property

Your Stellara report is created for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the content of your report without our written permission. The Stellara name, logo, and website content are our intellectual property.

7. Testimonials and representations

Testimonials on our website reflect the genuine experiences of real customers. Individual results vary. The experiences described are not typical and should not be taken as a guarantee of what you will experience from your report.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stellara's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for your report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, in which case mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
