When you place an order, we collect:
- Your first name (to personalise your report)
- Your birth date, birth time, and birth place (to calculate your astrological and numerological profile)
- Your email address (to deliver your report)
- Payment information, processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
When you visit our website, standard server and analytics data may be collected (see section 5 on cookies).
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance: you provide your birth details so we can deliver the report you paid for. Without this data, the service cannot be provided.

We do not use your birth data for any other purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and tracking

7. Data retention
We retain your birth details and email address for 30 days after delivery of your report. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Payment records are kept for 7 years as required by financial regulations (processed and held by Stripe).

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:
- Right to access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure: ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
